Focaccia with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes


Delicious, fast and so simple

Ingredients:
-          1 pre baked focaccia bread
-          1 mozzarella ball
-          1 garlic clove
-          5 table spoons olive oil
-          6 cherry tomatoes

 Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 200 °C.
Put the olive oil in a bowl and press the garlic in it. Mix it together. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the mozzarella.
Cut the focaccia in lengthwise in half and drizzle the garlic oil on both sides. Divide the tomatoes and mozzarella on the bottom side of the bread and then put the other side of the bread on top.

Bake the focaccia in 10 minutes.
