Chinese cabbage with minced meat

Simply delicious

Ingredients Chinese cabbage:
1 Chinese cabbage
1 finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper
250 ml water

Ingredients minced meat:
500 gr. minced meat
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion cut in half moons
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 tin of mushrooms
salt and pepper
400 ml water

Preparation Chinese cabbage:
Put the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and garlic. Shortly afterwards add the cabbage, the herbs and water. Cook this short, the cabbage need to be a little crispy.

Preparation minced meat:
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and the garlic. Add the meat and bake this for a while. Add the mushrooms, herbs, sweet chili sauce, ketchup, sweet soy sauce and sambal manis. Mix everything up. Add the water. Let this cook slowly and ready is your meal. 

Make some basmati rice to go with it.
