Very
easy
Ingredients:
- 1 leek, in finely chopped rings
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 150 gr. bacon, in cubes or sliced
- 400 gr. cream
- 500 gr. penne
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 6 table spoons olive oil
Preparation:
Cook the penne according to the
preparation method on the packaging.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add
the leek, onion and pepper. Fry these short and then add the bacon.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Lower the heat once the
vegetables and bacon are cooked. Add the cream and nutmeg. Heat it
briefly and then pour the mixture over the penne.
